Darci Finocchiaro, MD
ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
Dr. Darci Finocchiaro, originally from Danvers on the North Shore, graduated Cum Laude from Salem State College with a Bachelor’s in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, where she experienced diverse healthcare systems.
She completed her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at North Shore Medical Center in Salem, Massachusetts, focusing on antibiotic resistance research and process improvement. Dr. Finocchiaro has worked as a primary care physician, medical director with Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care, and adjunct professor at Harvard University.
In February 2024, she joined AllaraCare Medical Group, specializing in women’s health and preventative medicine. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Finocchiaro is an active member of the Massachusetts Medical Society, the American College of Physicians, and the American Medical Association.
Outside of work, Dr. Finocchiaro enjoys spending time with her two daughters, cooking, staying active, snowboarding and skiing in winter, and beach activities in summer.

Laura Andree, FNP
ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
Laura Andree is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for natural and preventive medicine. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Toxicology from Northeastern University, a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions, and a Master's Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University.
Before pursuing her career as a Nurse Practitioner, Laura gained invaluable experience working as a pharmacy tech at Massachusetts General Hospital for nearly 12 years. She then transitioned to clinical practice, working in cardiac and emergency medicine at Northwestern Hospital in Illinois and Beverly Hospital for 10 years. During this time, she acquired certifications in Progressive Care Nursing and Trauma Nursing.
As a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Laura stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in her field. Her approach to healthcare emphasizes prevention and integrating wellness practices into daily routines. With her expertise, she can provide acute services typically seen in urgent care settings within a primary care office.
When she's not practicing, Laura enjoys running, cooking, and gardening. Originally from a tight-knit lobstering town in coastal Maine, she now resides in Peabody with her husband, who was born and raised in the area, and their two children, Tess and Piper. Laura's background and commitment to holistic healthcare make her an asset to our community.
